APPLEJACk WINE & SPIRITS
In 2023, Applejack Wine & Spirits faced new challenges with a state law allowing grocers to sell wine, impacting traditional liquor stores, along with increasing competition from rapid delivery services. To help Applejack drive awareness, foot traffic, and conversions across its Colorado locations, we crafted a full-funnel media strategy including radio, streaming audio, targeted eBlasts, programmatic display, and paid search, with special focus on expanding reach for the new Colorado Springs store.
Our campaigns generated significant ROI gains, with Denver-area stores seeing a 421% ROI and nearly 500% in search ROI in 2023. In Colorado Springs, awareness efforts led to consistent month-over-month ROI improvements, shifting from negative to positive. We optimized media investments by implementing Performance Max campaigns, increasing click-to-call actions, and directing customers to store locations, consistently aligning with Applejack’s growth and sales goals.
